When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Products take around 2-3 working days to complete/ Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, we provide worldwide shipping as fast as 7-10 days
I've found a cheaper price elsewhere
We will guarantee we can match or offer a lower price. If for any reason you are unhappy we will refund your order, no questions asked.
My order was damaged during shipping
We package our orders extremely well, but in the unlikely event that this may happen. Please reject delivery if you are able to (if the box looks damaged), and let us know as soon as possible.

Yes! Please contact us, or fill out our form and we can produce anything your business requires. From small neon signs, to huge signs to have outside your shop.

Size recommendations
Personal use: Around 18 inches
Party/Event/Wedding: 36 to 45 inches
Business: 40 to 60 inches
